Dento Align Studio provides technical digital dental design and treatment-planning support. Services may include clear aligner treatment planning, staging, attachment and IPR planning, refinements, retainer planning, Exocad CAD/CAM design, STL optimisation, model preparation, and other mutually agreed digital dental services.
The exact scope, deliverable format, turnaround time, pricing, and project requirements may be defined by a quotation, service agreement, written instruction, or other accepted communication between the parties.
Deliverables may include STL, OBJ, project-specific software files, review or simulation links, or other mutually agreed digital formats.
Our standard target turnaround for routine cases is approximately 24 hours. Complex cases may require additional time. Turnaround begins after all required records, instructions, and files have been received. Requests for clarification, missing data, or changed instructions may affect the delivery time.
Before final approval, the client or reviewing doctor may request reasonable changes or decline a submitted design while the case remains under review and within the originally agreed scope.
After final approval, new refinements, revised scans, changed treatment objectives, substantially altered instructions, or additional work may be treated as a new service and charged separately.
Pricing may be agreed per case, per unit, per project, or according to volume. The applicable currency will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or commercial agreement and may include USD, EUR, or another mutually agreed currency.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days from the invoice date. Accepted payment methods may include Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer, or another mutually agreed method.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, working files, designs, and related intellectual property remain the property of Dento Align Studio until the applicable invoice has been paid in full. After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights necessary to review, manufacture, or use the completed design for its intended business or clinical purpose.
Dento Align Studio may retain internal copies for quality assurance, training, audit, and technical development where legally permissible. Fully anonymised examples may be used for portfolio or educational purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The client is responsible for providing accurate digital records, clear instructions, and all information needed to perform the requested work. The client must review and approve all submitted designs before manufacturing or clinical use.
Dento Align Studio provides technical digital support and does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or provide direct patient care. Final clinical review, treatment decisions, approval, and patient management remain the responsibility of the appropriately licensed treating professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dento Align Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from clinical decisions, incomplete or inaccurate records, manufacturing errors, material failures, third-party software, patient compliance, or modifications made by another party after delivery.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability should, subject to the applicable agreement and governing law, be limited to the fees paid for the specific affected service.
Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussions between the parties. If unresolved, the parties may agree to mediation or arbitration under internationally recognised commercial dispute-resolution rules. The applicable governing law, arbitration rules, seat, and language may be specified in an individual service agreement.
